- Initial consultation to ascertain client’s needs
- Research conducted on lending facilities, and negotiation on conditions, terms and pricing on behalf of clients
- Recommendations and quote provided to client for approval to proceed
- Collation of application and any outstanding supporting documentation
- Submission prepared on behalf of client and submitted to lender
- Communication and explanation of lending decision to client
- Monitoring of valuation inspections and reports, document preparation and settlement process
- Post-settlement follow-up
- Annual reviews to confirm client’s facilities remain competitive as well as reviewing any changes in personal or business circumstances
- The fees for our services are normally fully reimbursed by the recommended lender of your choice
