  2. Research conducted on lending facilities, and negotiation on conditions, terms and pricing on behalf of clients
  3. Recommendations and quote provided to client for approval to proceed
  4. Collation of application and any outstanding supporting documentation
  5. Submission prepared on behalf of client and submitted to lender
  6. Communication and explanation of lending decision to client
  7. Monitoring of valuation inspections and reports, document preparation and settlement process
  8. Post-settlement follow-up
  9. Annual reviews to confirm client’s facilities remain competitive as well as reviewing any changes in personal or business circumstances
  10. The fees for our services are normally fully reimbursed by the recommended lender of your choice
